Aelia

Aelia is a mass of raw nerves when she grows closer to the back of the library-her mind trying to imagine what could have caused the bang. She turns the corner, becoming instantly relieved to find a pile of books on the floor. Her eyes dart around several times in search of anything that may have caused them to fall. She reaches down to recover the fallen books, reading the titles to make sure she reshelves them properly. She finds it a bit strange and semi-alarming that all four books are about fallen angels, demons, and both Heaven and Hell. In honesty she has no real religious preference or anything but things about religion gave her the creeps, especially after her weird dreams lately. She takes one last glance at the books shaking her head then puts them back on the shelf where they belong. Still feeling wearily chilled she speed walks back towards her desk, desperate to get out of the shadows in the back of the library.

Aelia again sits at her desk, wishing and waiting for someone-anyone to come in for a book. The relief on her face must be clear when several children walk in mere moments after she wishes for it. They of course have not come to get a book, all three ask for a computer in unison. She helps each one of them to get logged into their chosen computer with a warm smile on her face. She is unaware that deep in the darkest shadows of the library Lucifer is standing, trembling with the restlessness of a lion.

Lucifer 

The earth trembles beneath Lucifer’s tattered feet as he makes his way through the inferno. The fire nips at his flesh making it crack and bleed, but it hurts him no longer. After eons of this, the heat and the flames of Hell he has developed a tolerance for pain. In Hell there had been no one there to save him from the nothing he had become, no one. He had to learn on his own how to shut off all feeling and become one with the fire that once tortured him. Hundreds of years he spent screaming and bleeding for a father that still would not hear him. Lucifer had suffered as any of his damned souls suffered and would suffer. He watches them now as he continues his way towards the very pit of his home. He walks by them his wings tearing at their rotting flesh as if they are no more than worms in the dirt.

Lilith

Tonight, Lilith looked human- her long midnight hair hung low like a curtain of darkness covering her bare breast. Upon her dark-haired head she wore her Ruby encrusted crown, a display of her status here no doubt. Across her shoulders and wrapping around her small waist was her pet- a huge black mamba snake with slit eyes of gold. From her waist hung her velvet loincloth which barely covered her thighs. She wore bracelets of bells upon both ankles and her wrists. Crimson eyes were the only proof she was not of this world- there was a look in Lilith smoldering eyes, a look that said hands off he's mine. It is a clear warning- she need not say a word for her look spoke volumes. As Lucifer's former lover she sent a clear message of watch your back.
Lilith finally spoke again and when she did Aelia’s temper got the better of her. “I don't see what the fuss is about. If you ask me our Lucifer is down grading.” Lilith hisses while circling Aelia like a wolf hunting prey.
“Maybe my blood tastes warmer and my body feels less burnt!” Aelia screams at Lilith before spitting in her face- an obvious mistake on her part. Aelia is suddenly caught off guard by the tail of Lilith’s pet whipping around like a razor strap- knocking her across the hall. Her body slams into the stone- instant pain engulfs Aelia. Before she can catch her breath, she feels the sharp stab of long fingernails digging into the flesh of her throat.

“You Bitch. Humanity will be nothing, but a pile of maggot ridden filth on the rotten ground when Lucifer finally rules. If I were you, I would seize the day and make the most of the opportunities in front of you.

Michael

Gabriel, my brother please do not tell me you have again after all these eons since the last allowed yourself to be seduced by our fallen rivals lies and deceit,” Michael accuses his grey eyes full of barely controlled emotion and disappointment.
“I sent you with my mighty sword of justice the first time because I trusted you not to allow Lucifer's lying tongue to tarnish the truth. I see now, as long ago you were not ready to accept the brother we once knew and loved longer exists.” Michael finishes.
Gabriel stands before Michael with his head held high and his ocean eyes bearing back into his grey ones. Usually, he would take his bothers chastising with a grain of salt. No not this time- for he knows what he saw between Lucifer and the mortal Aelia was no illusion. He will not allow himself to be intimidated by his brother’s imperial figure.

Gabriel

Michael wore his mighty golden shield with a silver armored suit. His size and strength were three times out of Gabriel’s. Within his right-hand Michael held his mighty sword of deliverance and justice. Looking at the impressive blade now Gabriel wondered how he ever even held it much less used it to battle Lucifer when he tried to stop him from killing the mortal friend of Aelia. Unlike Michael Gabriel was created to see things to pass or to come, not to fight or deliver justice. Even now he did not understand why his father asked Michael to let him yield this sword and go in his place to collect Shelby soul. Perhaps it was because of Michael's temper and impatience towards the infinite Lord of sorrow Lucifer had become.

Leviathan 

His face is flawlessly beautiful except for his blood red eyes and jagged wolf's fangs in which his serpent like tongue slithers back and forth as if he is smelling or tasting her with it. His hair is long and red as his eyes falling in cascades of waves clear down to his hooves. His torso is like a man's ripped and stoned hard with muscle. His arms are long and powerful like his big hands that end in claw like fingernails. His lower body is that of a beast animal and he is beyond angry.
“How dare you speak to me is if you have the right to address an ancient Prince of darkness. I should annihilate your pathetic soul, but I must confess your spirit reminds me of my queen and in that regard, I will spare you. I am Leviathan, Satan to you. I am the darkness that seeped into heaven and tainted your little Lucifer.” Leviathan taunts.

Angeline

My love you of all creatures should understand Lucifer’s desperation to protect his mortal mate. Please Levithan at least permit them to stand before Asmodeus and present their case,” a sweet voice comes forth from the shadows. A while later Aelia is amazed bewildered to see a human woman emerge. A woman with long blonde hair and kind eyes, Leviathan’s queen it appears by the crown of emeralds upon her head. She is stunning in beauty and grace. Aelia wonders how she could be the mate of this evil creature. Her face then flushes as she recalls who she is mated too. Do all demons or fallen angels chose human women for partners?
“As you wish my love, I can never deny you anything even after all these eons we have spent together. Charsoc. Aelia do thank my wife for your pardon. Angeline is my weakness; I am bound to make her happy. She is an always has been a bit of a romantic,” Leviathan teases as his queen reaches his side pulling him into a ravenous kiss.

Gabriella

"Leviathan, Angeline, I do hope you know what you are doing bringing one of Lucifer’s guards here. Asmodeus will not be pleased, and we all know who bares the brunt of his infamous temper. Who is the human soul you have with you?” A soft yet annoyed voice brings Aelia, Charsoc, Leviathan and Angeline to a halt.
Aelia looks up to see another mortal woman, like Angeline she is wearing a crown of pure gold on her head. She too is very beautiful with burnt amber colored hair and flawlessly pale skin that sets off her luscious apple red lips. Her eyes hold a look of both curiosity and concern but nothing evil or dark is to be seen in their depths. Aelia is watching her intently wondering if she was Asmodeus’s queen.

Asmodeus

"As I am sure my love told you I'm Asmodeus- God of darkness and fire. I live and rule here beyond the boundaries of hell, deep in the realm of the ancient underworld. I am king and God to the ancient race of demons, fairy and djinn. I was born of blood and fire as were my subjects and Kin, born of the night and its powerful mind. Angels, including the fallen one that covets your soul, were born of light and the winds of time. You and all mankind were born of earth and God's tears. I like most loathe your very existence but of course with the acceptance of mine and my brothers’ mortal brides, we could care less if you perish. However, I want to free my race from our eternal bondage and if I must use Lucifer as a tool to reach heaven and extinguish the light so be it. I will save you and return you to him but since you are his bride, his mate, he will return the favor as I deem fit. He will help me destroy God, heaven and the light.”
